Job Advertisement: Human Resources Manager (HR Manager)

We are looking for a professional Human Resources Manager to join our team, capable of managing all aspects of human resources, and developing policies and procedures that ensure an ideal and organized work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and continuously update the company's organizational structure. Define job descriptions for all employees. Formulate and organize the company's internal regulations and policies. Provide a suitable work environment and promote a positive work culture. Supervise recruitment processes, from advertising to interviews and selection. Monitor and evaluate employee performance and develop development plans for them. Prepare comprehensive reports for management and relevant authorities. Organize employee records and ensure compliance with regulations and laws. Prepare monthly salaries and entitlements, and control attendance and departure. Supervise penalties and deductions in accordance with internal regulations. Follow up on all employee transactions (contracts, residences, insurance, etc.). Familiarity with all work procedures, guidance, and immigration.

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in human resources management. High leadership and organizational skills. Ability to plan and make strategic decisions. Deep knowledge of labor laws and human resources. Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with various work teams.

Salary:

From 6,000 to 8,000 (determined after the interview according to experience and competence).
