Key Responsibilities

Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
Manage and lead the HR team, ensuring the department operates efficiently.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
Handle all employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the UAE.
Organize training and development programs for staff.
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee performance appraisals.
Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
Requirements
:
Proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally in the UAE.
Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple HR functions simultaneously.
Proficient in HR software and MS Office programs.
