Job Announcement: Human Resources Manager - Contracting Sector

Vanguard Vantage Contracting Company, one of the companies of Brilliant Investment and Development Group, announces the availability of a distinguished job opportunity for a Human Resources Manager specialized in the contracting sector, to join our team in the United Arab Emirates.

Job Title:

Human Resources Manager (HR Manager)

Required Qualifications and Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in human resources management within contracting companies within the United Arab Emirates. In-depth knowledge of designing the organizational and functional structure for establishing and operating contracting companies. Comprehensive knowledge of labor and employment systems in the Emirates, including labor laws, visas, and insurance. Experience in preparing and implementing policies and procedures related to human resources, including recruitment and development strategies. Ability to manage recruitment processes, evaluate performance, and develop training and development plans for the company's employees. High leadership skills and the ability to build integrated work teams and enhance a productive work environment. Proficiency in working on digital human resources systems and the ability to analyze data and make decisions based on management reports. Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Develop an effective organizational and functional structure in line with the company's objectives in the contracting sector. Develop talent acquisition and human resources management strategies to ensure the availability of suitable talent in all departments. Supervise salary, benefits and compensation systems in line with the laws and standards followed in the country. Promote work culture and improve the internal work environment to ensure the highest levels of performance and productivity. Ensure full compliance with all government regulations and laws related to human resources in the contracting sector. Lead training and professional development processes for company employees to ensure increased efficiency and achievement of institutional goals. Coordinate with senior management to develop growth and expansion strategies through human resources.
