We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR functions with a strong focus on building a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented organizational culture. The ideal candidate will drive employee engagement, create leadership development opportunities, and align HR practices with business goals to foster a thriving workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• HR Strategy & Leadership: Lead HR initiatives that align with business goals, promoting a culture of trust, collaboration, and high performance.
• Culture Development: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, ensuring employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to succeed.
• Succession Planning: Develop and implement succession plans that identify and nurture future leaders within the company.
• Employee Relations & Growth: Manage per?formance, resolve conflicts, and cultivate an environment of continuous learning and personal development.
• Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll to ensure fairness and competitiveness while supporting employee satisfaction.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and minimize HR-related risks to protect both employees and the organization.
• HR Metrics & Budgeting: Use HR metrics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions while managing the HR budget efficiently.
Qualifications:
• Education: Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience: 8+ years in HR management, with a strong emphasis on culture development and employee engagement.
• Certifications: CIPD or equivalent HR certifications, UAE Labor Law certification.
• Skills: Expertise in UAE labor laws, ERP systems, HR metrics, and creating positive organizational cultures. Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
