We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the HR function. The HR Manager will work closely with senior management and employees to foster a positive, productive, and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development.
• Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll systems.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and implement employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Address employee relations issues and mediate disputes.
• Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and maintain accurate employee records.
• Organize and oversee employee training programs, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide regular HR reports to senior management on various HR metrics.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in HR software systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
