We are seeking an accomplished HR, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment leader, bottom-line performance, large-scale business expansions, and employee productivity and profitability. Focused team leader spearheading complex HR operations and recruitment strategies while performing managerial duties such as training programs, HR projects, systems, reports, budgets, policy and procedure management, and recruitment marketing.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement programs to align talent acquisition and HR efforts with the company's overall business strategy and goals.
• Build and manage the Recruiting Team.
• Manage relationships with external partners such as head-hunters, schools, universities, and professional associations to enhance the company's talent acquisition efforts.
• Employee Relations & Administration:
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in the HR information system (HRIS).
• Process employee leaves of absence, benefits enrollment changes, and terminations.
• Answer employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Facilitate communication between employees and HR regarding any concerns.
• Assist with employee relations matters, including performance management and disciplinary actions (as needed)
• HR Operations & Compliance:
• Assist with developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics such as turnover rates and employee engagement.
• Manage and maintain HR documentation, ensuring proper filing and record keeping.
• Assist with payroll processing by providing accurate and timely employee data.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, such as scheduling HR meetings and preparing training materials.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
• 5 year of experience in white recruitment in ABUDHABI.
