Qualifications Required
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, management or any related field
Experience
Minimum 5 years in a similar industry

• Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.

• Setting KPI's and Performance appraisal for HOD's and Managers, appraisal for other employees (clinical),appraisal for other employees (non-clinical)
• Approval for expenses relating to recruitment (including cost for travel, stay & incidental expense, advertisement, agencies for recruitment, assessment and testing and reimbursement to employees)
• Termination of employees
• Full and Final settlement on resignation/termination
• Company/Leased vehicles/ accommodation/ mobile devices/ Sim cards to Staff
• Vacation and other leave of employees
• Intra Company Movement / Relocation
• Routine follow-up on all pending health professional and facility license applications for CMC Group - to Department of Health, Dubai Health Authority and Ministry of Health.
• Visiting the concerned government authorities to expedite the pending applications.
• Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary.
• Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing payroll and other expenses.
• Building new and expanding existing skills by engaging in educational opportunities.
