Job Brief:
Are you an experienced HR Manager with a deep understanding of UAE labor laws and a passion for creating a positive and productive work environment? If so, you are the one we are looking for!
We are looking for an HR professional who will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, supporting business needs and ensuring the successful implementation of our company's strategy and objectives.
The HR Manager will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with local labor laws to foster a thriving workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers.
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company.
• Act as the main contact for employee concerns and queries.
• Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
• Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts to maintain a harmonious workplace.
• Develop and implement effective performance management systems.
• Conduct performance reviews, providing constructive feedback to employees.
• Identify and address training and development needs through tailored programs.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports on HR metrics.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with best practices.
• Effectively communicate and implement policies across the organization.
• Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to offer competitive compensation packages.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Job Location: ICAD Mussafa, Abu Dhabi
Type of Employment: Permanent / Full-time
Salary: up to AED 13,000/ Month
