Job Description

• Recruitment and Staffing:
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
• Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Handle employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and confidential manner.
• Promote a positive work environment and culture.
• Performance Management:
• Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance issues and development plans.
• Identify and address performance-related issues proactively.
• Training and Development:
• Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
• Assess training needs and recommend development opportunities.
• Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
• Compensation and Benefits:
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and benefits enrollment.
• Ensure competitive compensation and benefit packages in alignment with industry standards.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Compliance and Policy Management:
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct internal audits and address any compliance issues.
• HR Reporting and Analytics:
• Maintain and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
• Prepare and present reports on HR activities, trends, and issues to senior management.
• Organizational Development:
• Support organizational change initiatives and cultural transformation efforts.
• Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
