We are currently looking for immediate joining for the post of HR MANAGER

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in business administration, management or any related field

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in a similar industry (healthcare industry)

Skills & Competencies Required:

• In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
• Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
• Innovative with strong service focused approach, interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills
• Excellent leadership and time, task and resource management skills
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines
• Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
• Willingness to continue building skills through education opportunities.
• Proficient in computer applications, especially MS Office
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Has vast knowledge in General Human Resource and Operational Policies and UAE Labor Law
• Setting KPI's and Performance appraisal for HOD's and Managers, appraisal for other employees (clinical),appraisal for other employees (non-clinical)

Language Skills :

Fluent in English and/ or Arabic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
