Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. They will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The HR Manager will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with local labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers.
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated effectively.
• Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
• Foster a positive work environment and culture through engagement initiatives.
• Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Performance Management:
• Develop and implement performance management systems.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify training and development needs and implement programs to address them.
• Training and Development:
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports on HR metrics.
• Policy Development and Implementation:
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure policies are communicated and implemented effectively.
• Compensation and Benefits:
• Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
• Health and Safety:
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
