We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources operations, ensuring the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic HR Management:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Partner with senior leadership to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy.
• Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
• Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Employee Relations and Engagement:
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Address and resolve employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
• Performance Management:
• Develop and implement performance management programs.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
• Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and organize training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Support career development planning and succession planning.
• Compensation and Benefits:
• Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
• Compliance and Legal:
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
• HR Analytics and Reporting:
• Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making.
• Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the tech or cloud computing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
