Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager/Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities
• Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation processes, provide feedback, and support managers in addressing performance issues.
• Compliance: Ensure company policies and procedures comply with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
• Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and support career development.
• Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the administration of compensation structures, benefits programs, and employee rewards.
• HR Policies: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness.
• HR Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports as needed.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in •Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field •. A Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of •3-5 years • of experience in HR management, •with a proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. •
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in •HRIS systems and MS Office Suite •.
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
