• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an interest in learning new technologies.

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

• Familiarity with e-learning platforms or learning management systems (LMS).
• Understanding of training needs analysis and evaluation techniques.
• Any relevant certifications in HR or Learning and Development would be a plus.
