Role Description:
We are seeking a part-time Human Resources Intern for a remote opportunity. The intern will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Onboarding Assistance: Help with the onboarding process for new team members, including preparing materials and assisting with orientation.
• Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of existing team members.
• Report Preparation: Prepare HR-related reports, such as employee turnover and retention statistics.
• Employee Engagement: Coordinate and organize employee engagement activities to boost team morale.
• Policy Documentation: Assist in updating and drafting company policies and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Training Coordination: Help organize and schedule training sessions, and gather feedback from participants.
• General HR Administration: Support with filing, data entry, and maintaining confidentiality of employee information.
Qualifications:
• Strong interest in Human Resources and employee relations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Information:
• This is an unpaid internship with a commitment of 4 hours per day and 6 days a week.
• Internship period of 3 months.
• Interns will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR and have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects.
