About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining trackers.
2. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires by preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and updating employee records.
3. Helping maintain employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
4. Assisting with organizing and coordinating training sessions and professional development programs.
5. Collaborating with the HR team to analyze data and create reports using MS-Excel.
6. Participating in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
7. Providing administrative support to the HR department as needed.
8. Researching and framing policies and processes for further business improvement.
9. Leading engagement initiatives to encourage team building and increase employee motivation.
