What You Will Do:
Support employee onboarding till offboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement and enhance the employee experience. Assist in maintaining HR systems and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information. Collaborate with HR partners to address employee inquiries, provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and resolve employee relations matters. Contribute to HR analytics projects, helping to gather and analyze data to drive meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making. Perform other tasks as needed assigned by line manager.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment and society. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, global organization. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
