Job Description

Position: HR Intern (Arabic Speaker)Position PurposeThe HR Intern will support recruitment administration tasks covering various positions across operations globally. This involves supporting the day-to-day operations of recruitment, acting as a point of contact for Hiring Managers and the HR team. The HR Intern will assist in coordinating and facilitating the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.Duties and ResponsibilitiesGeneral RecruitmentProvide full support across recruitment administrative processes as follows:
  • Management of job postings and local advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
  • Daily use of candidate database on HR Systems with accurate information and zero errors.
  • Conduct daily screening and filtering of job applications.
  • Contact candidates who meet the screening criteria to provide them with a standard position brief and gather additional information as needed. Complete a minimum of 15 screening calls a day.
  • Schedule interviews across departments, including handling last-minute scheduling changes, and ensuring that hiring managers have access to up-to-date interview schedules and candidate lists.
  • Ensure that candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process by providing clear communication, timely updates, and assistance as needed.
  • Send candidates and Hiring Managers relevant information ahead of interviews including JDs, case studies, office directions, point of contact etc.
  • Monitor and follow up with candidates to confirm their attendance for scheduled interviews and ensuring effective communication throughout the process.
  • Communicate interview outcomes to candidate as directed by HR / Hiring Manager, including providing feedback and next steps.
  • Additional duties as required.
Educational Background and Experience
  • 1-2 years\' experience working in a busy administrative/scheduling environment
  • Recruitment / Recruitment Coordination experience is essential
  • HR administrative experience is a plus
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
