What you will do:The HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with local labor laws. This role requires a proactive, organized, and people-oriented individual who can manage HR operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.As a member of this team, you will be based in Um Al Quwain and will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate satisfactory results.How you will do it:\xc2\xb7 Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.\xc2\xb7 Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.\xc2\xb7 Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and resolution.\xc2\xb7 Foster a positive work environment and address any workplace conflicts or grievances.\xc2\xb7 Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.\xc2\xb7 Support managers in conducting performance reviews and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.\xc2\xb7 Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.\xc2\xb7 Promote continuous learning and professional development opportunities.\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.\xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.\xc2\xb7 Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.\xc2\xb7 Ensure employees are aware of and adhere to company policies.\xc2\xb7 Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.\xc2\xb7 Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and leave management.\xc2\xb7 Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and enhance employee engagement.What we look for:\xc2\xb7 University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.\xc2\xb7 Two - five years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations.Working Conditions\xc2\xb7 This position is based in a manufacturing plant environment.\xc2\xb7 Occasional travel may be required for recruitment or training purposes.
