Job Description

We are currently looking for highly skilled and motivated HR Generalist to join our team.

Scope of work:

Handle HR inquiries, oversee employee attendance and payroll deductions, support recruitment efforts, ensure compliance with UAE labor law, and facilitate onboarding processes , performance appraisal while maintaining accurate HR records

Job Duties:

• Implement the recruitment and hiring process by sourcing candidates, conducting background checks, assisting in shortlisting, and issuing employment contracts
• Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests, providing assistance or directing correspondence to the appropriate team member
• Monitor internal HR systems and databases to ensure accurate registration of employee information.
• Handle and ensure all other daily operations related work but not limited to;
• Manage employee attendance and prepare attendance reports (daily/monthly/yearly)
• Process end-of-month payroll deductions related to attendance.
• Follow up with employee status change/cancelation
• Track employee leaves requests
• Collaborate with other departments (payroll, benefits, etc.) to ensure seamless HR operations.
• Support the recruitment and hiring process by sourcing candidates, conducting background checks, assisting in shortlisting, and issuing employment contracts
• Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events while maintaining the team's agenda
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as necessary.
• Conduct orientations and onboarding for new hires, updating records accordingly
• Assist management in performance appraisals procedure

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or a related field

Experience:

• 4-5 Years of experience in similar role , preferable within Real Estate industry

Other Requirements:

• Strong communications skills

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
