HR Generalist
We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our team. He/she will be responsible for all aspects of human resources management to support the organization's objectives, with a focus on fostering a positive work environment, developing competencies and improving performance.
•Responsibilities: •
Structural organization and payroll management:
• Develop a functional and organizational structure system.
• Manage job budget and oversee payroll evaluation.
• Develop a functional system for grades, salaries, bonuses, allowances, promotions, vacations and working hours.
• Develop a system for dealing with job violations, termination of service and contract termination.
• Provide advice on incentives and benefits to the General Manager.
• Provide professional advice to the General Manager.
Recruitment:
• Manage recruitment processes from identifying job needs to selecting suitable candidates for vacancies.
• Coordinate with different departments to understand their requirements and identify required skills.
• Prepare job descriptions and job advertisements and organize job interviews.
• Performance management:
• Develop and implement a periodic performance appraisal system for employees.
• Provide ongoing feedback and set performance goals in collaboration with department managers.
• Address performance-related issues to ensure organizational goals are achieved.
Staff Development:
• Design and implement staff training and development programs to enhance skills and competencies.
• Assess training needs to improve staff professional capabilities in collaboration with department managers.
Employee Relations:
• Deal with employee inquiries and work-related issues.
• Develop and maintain HR policies.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
•Requirements: •
• Native in Arabic Language is a MUST
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years previous experience in HR.
• Advanced knowledge of UAE labor laws and administrative procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with employees.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
