Job Summary:



We are looking for a proactive

HR Generalist

with 2-3 years of experience to manage key HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. This role is critical in streamlining HR operations and ensuring a seamless experience for employees in our fast-paced

E-commerce, Retail, and Manufacturing

sectors.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Onboarding:



Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to candidate selection. Facilitate onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth integration.

Employee Relations & Engagement:



Act as the primary contact for employee queries and concerns. Drive engagement programs, team-building activities, and recognition initiatives. Handle grievances and assist in conflict resolution.

Performance Management:



Support performance appraisal processes and KPI tracking. Provide feedback-based recommendations for training and development.

HR Compliance & Policies:



Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Maintain accurate employee records and assist in audits.

Payroll & Compensation:



Submit monthly payroll documents to the finance department and collaborate to ensure timely processing of salaries and management of benefits. Address payroll-related queries and ensure statutory compliance.

Process Optimization, Visa & Legal Compliance:



Enhance HR efficiency through process improvements. Manage visa processing and legal documentation for employees. Ensure compliance with work permits, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.

Employee Life Cycle Management:



Oversee the entire employee life cycle, from hiring to exit processes. Ensure smooth transitions during promotions, transfers, and offboarding. Manage employee benefits, including employee medical insurance process, and other perks.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of HR experience prefer someone with Retail industry experience. Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office Suite. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
