Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing a variety of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a thorough understanding of HR best practices, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, providing guidance and resolving workplace issues. Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance review processes and support managers in employee development. Benefits Administration: Coordinate employee benefits programs and provide support in enrollment and inquiries. Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure company compliance with employment laws and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies and practices. Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate professional development initiatives. HR Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR-related reports and metrics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role or similar position. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
