Our Valued Client is looking for a HR Specialist / Generalist to join their team. : Join our dynamic team in Al Ain, UAE, as an HR Specialist / HR Generalist, specializing in the food and beverage sector. Leverage your expertise to contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and conflicts. Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee relations matters professionally and promptly.
Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal processes. Work closely with managers to facilitate goal-setting, performance feedback, and development plans.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and leave policies. Conduct periodic salary reviews to ensure competitiveness in the market.
Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction. Organize team-building events and activities.
Site Visits: Conduct occasional site visits to Abu Dhabi to engage with employees, address HR matters, and ensure consistency in HR practices across locations.
Job Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, preferably with a background in the food and beverage industry.
Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
UAE Experience: Preferably have prior experience working in the UAE, demonstrating an understanding of local labor laws and business practices.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Demonstrate flexibility in handling various HR functions.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in complex HR situations.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and departments. Build positive working relationships at all levels of the organization.
Attention to Detail: Pay meticulous attention to detail, especially in managing HR documentation and processes.
