Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Prepare job descriptions, post job ads, and conduct interviews.
Ensure smooth employee onboarding and induction.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Address employee queries and concerns in a professional manner.
Foster a positive work culture and manage employee engagement initiatives.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
Performance Management:
Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
Support managers in setting goals and tracking employee performance.
HR Policies & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with
UAE labor laws
and company HR policies.
Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years
of HR experience, preferably in
Dubai/UAE
.
Strong knowledge of
UAE labor laws
and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in
HR software & MS Office
.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred:
HR certification
is a plus.
Experience in a
multinational or fast-paced environment
.
