A well-established Facilities Management Company located in Ras Al Khor, Dubai, is seeking to hire an experienced Female HR Generalist, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in handling overall functions related to Human Resources. Excellent communication skills and a high level of correspondence are desirable. Some of the main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Training and development, and executing HR change initiatives through internal auditing and job role reviews.
- Accountable for recruitment, selection, and employee onboarding, which includes induction training and time attendance.
- Ensuring HR matters are handled fairly and consistently, in line with company requirements and local employment laws.
- Maintaining leave records, approvals, excess vacation, attendance, and late comings.
- Managing lease rentals in accordance with contractual policies for office buildings and labor accommodations.
- Managing employee details (Visa/Passport - expiry/renewal).
- Creating a safe work environment and handling disciplinary actions.
- Managing medical and health insurance.
- Applying claims for vehicle fleet, workmen compensation, and maintaining data related to visa issuance. Undertaking accident claims, managing new vehicles, insurance renewals, and registrations.
- Overseeing all aspects of trade license renewals, municipality permissions, ministry of labor approvals, and free zone license renewals.
