Hr Generalist
Job Description
We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage HR operations in our various companies in UAE & KSA.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Manage the staff recruitment process, onboarding and offboarding employees
2. Handle employee disciplinary issues
3. Manage employee visa process, medical insurance, workmen's compensation
Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree, HR certification is a plus
2. 2 to 3 years of experience in the HR field in UAE
3. Fluent in communicating in English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
