Responsibilities :
1. Administer compensation and benefit plans.
2. Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
3. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
4. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
5. Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
6.Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
7. Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
8.Oversee daily operations of the HR department.

10. Onboarding Process
11. Salary Account Opening for WPS Process Through Bank & C3 Prepaid Card
12. Manage employees' grievances.
13. Attendance Management.
14. Visa Processing
15. Medical Insurance Processing.
16. Handling Payroll
17. Application of Occupational Health Card.
Requirements:

3. Bachelors Degree
4. 2-3 years Experience in the same Role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
