Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, serving as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and enrollment processes. Process payroll and maintain accurate records of employee compensation, deductions, and time off accruals, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and tax requirements. Coordinate training and development initiatives, identifying learning needs, and arranging training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities to enhance employee skills and competencies. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, performance feedback, and career development. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, staying informed about changes and updates that may impact HR practices and policies. Support HR initiatives and special projects as assigned, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance organizational effectiveness. Requirements:Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus. Proven experience in human resources roles, with a strong foundation in HR principles, practices, and regulations. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and EEOC guidelines. Experience with HRIS systems, payroll processing, and benefits administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels of the organization. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
