JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs across all areas of human resources. This position requires a well-rounded HR professional who can handle various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and HR administration. Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and Onboarding: - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. - Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. 2. Employee Relations: - Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing guidance and support as needed. - Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution. 3. Performance Management: - Assist in developing and implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms. - Provide support to managers and employees in addressing performance issues and implementing performance improvement plans. 4. Training and Development: - Identify training needs and coordinate initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge. - Facilitate training sessions on various topics, including compliance, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development. 5. Compliance and HR Administration: - Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as necessary. - Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including employee files, contracts, and HRIS data. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 3 years of experience in HR roles, focusing on HR generalist functions. - Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
