: HR Generalist (Arabic Speaker)

Salary: AED 5k to 8k (Negotiable based on experience)

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist (Arabic Speaker) with proven UAE experience in managing HR operations for a workforce of 200+ employees. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and HR administrative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, induction, and exit formalities.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of end-of-service (EOS) benefits in compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Handle all visa-related processes, including issuance, renewals, cancellations, and labor card applications, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
• Coordinate employee health insurance processes, including enrollments, claims, renewals, and updates.
• Assist with payroll preparation, ensuring accurate calculations of salaries, allowances, and deductions.
• Monitor attendance records, leaves, and absences to ensure accurate reporting.
• Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates and recruitment records.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with UAE labor laws and company guidelines.
• Ensure employee files and records are maintained accurately and securely.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, addressing concerns professionally and confidentially.
• Support engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Provide support in HR-related activities.
Key Requirements:
• Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
• Minimum 3+ years of HR experience in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and HR compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and payroll management tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
