Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end visa processing for employees, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Handle healthcare professional licensing applications and renewals in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Support recruitment efforts by ensuring timely processing of documents for new hires.
• Maintain accurate records of employee documentation, including visas, licenses, and contracts.
• Provide guidance to employees on licensing and visa-related queries.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and local employment regulations.
• Assist in onboarding processes, including orientation and documentation verification.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in HR with a focus on visa processing and licensing, preferably in DHA & DOH .
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
