The Role
HR Generalist will support all functions of HR, specifically in maintaining employee relations and engagement across ADA. The generalist's main responsibilities will include supporting employee well-being, managing recognition programs, conducting probation reviews, offboarding interviews, and overseeing data tracking. Main Responsibilities: o Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support. o Assist with budget monitoring and payroll. o Educating employees about their benefits through meetings or written communications. o Administering benefits enrolment and termination processes. o Handling benefits-related inquiries from employees and addressing their concerns promptly. o Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies o Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees' experience. o Maintains accurate employee records and HR databases. o Run standard reports and perform ad hoc reporting on HR activity as requested. o Investigate complaints brought forward by employees. o Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or any related field. o Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience with a deep understanding of various HR functions and best practices. o Proficiency in MS Office. o Excellent record-keeping skills. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
