As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction projects and a proven track record in handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Handle grievance and disciplinary procedures effectively, promoting a fair and respectful workplace.
Oversee medical insurance administration and employee benefits.
Administer payroll processes and ensure compliance with MOHRE, WPS regulations.
Foster positive employee relations and address any concerns or conflicts that arise.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
Manage employee attendance & leave requests.
Handle labor disputes and facilitate resolutions in a timely manner.
Administer camp management and ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for employees.
Support the HR team in various administrative tasks related to employee documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Proven experience in grievance handling, conflict management, and disciplinary procedures.
Familiarity with medical insurance processes and payroll systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP and HR management software.
