Job Description

Our client, a university in Abu Dhabi is looking for highly motivated HR Generalists to join their team. These roles offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to their innovative work culture while growing professionally in a supportive and collaborative environment.The HR Generalists will play a crucial role in supporting the organization\'s HR strategies and operations and will be responsible for various HR functions, including staff development, succession planning, HR analytics, trend analysis, and manpower planning. The ideal candidate will be energetic, focused, and hardworking, with experience working in transformational environments.Responsibilities
  • Design and implement training programs and development initiatives that enhance employee skills and performance. Monitor progress and adjust programs as necessary.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify critical roles and create a comprehensive succession plan to ensure business continuity.
  • Utilize HR data to identify trends and insights, providing actionable recommendations to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Forecast hiring needs and develop effective workforce plans to meet business objectives while maintaining cost efficiency
  • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies, providing guidance on HR-related matters
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Assist in designing performance evaluation processes and providing support to managers in conducting appraisals
  • Provide support in resolving employee relations issues and grievances effectively
REQUIREMENTSEssential
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in HR functions such as staff development, succession planning, HR analytics, trend analysis, and manpower planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully working in transformational environments.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
