Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR & Finance Manager to join our team. This dual role requires a skilled professional who can oversee both human resources and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR) Management:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Administer employee benefits programs and address benefit-related inquiries.
• Handle employee relations, resolve concerns, and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and company regulations.
• Conduct training sessions on HR policies, diversity, and relevant HR topics.
• Assist in performance management, including the creation of performance improvement plans.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with senior management on workforce planning and talent management.
• Address complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Handle routine HR inquiries and provide employees with relevant information.
• Coordinate cross-departmental communication.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics.
• Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
• Manage employee benefit plans with external vendors.
• Calculate End of Service (Gratuity Benefits) for staff.
• Process payroll, including salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions.

Finance Management:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist with audits and tax preparation.
• Manage corporate tax registration and de-registration processes.
• Record financial transactions and update general ledger accounts.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Keep Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) reports updated and deliver them to the CEO daily.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
• Proven experience in both HR and financial management roles.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and financial regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR and financial management software.
• Ability to manage confidential information and work with sensitive data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
