The HR and Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's human resources and financial operations. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and benefits, while also handling budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Manage hiring, employee relations, and payroll.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Ensure HR policies and financial procedures are followed.
Qualifications:
• Degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in HR and finance roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
Work Environment:
• Full-time, office-based.
