We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in managing human resources functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive and compliant work environment.
Foster employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale and teamwork.
Performance Management:
Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs for employees.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Handle employee documentation, including contracts, letters, and other HR-related paperwork.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs and address inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
Collaborate with external partners for health insurance, leave management, and other employee benefits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role in the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
