Training and Development Support:

• Track employee participation and maintain training records.

Recruitment Assistance:

• Support recruitment activities such as posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Participate in onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Compliance and Policy Administration:

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and food safety regulations specific to the industry.
• Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures.
