Job Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Assist HR Manager to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees\xc2\xb7 Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with consultants and candidates for scheduling appointments for sourcing\xc2\xb7 Review resumes and applications conduct recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process\xc2\xb7 Conduct first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews\xc2\xb7 Work with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions\xc2\xb7 Organize the training programs and counselling sessions in a professional and attractive way\xc2\xb7 Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management\xc2\xb7 Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality\xc2\xb7 Conduct employee orientation and facilitate newcomers joining formalities\xc2\xb7 Maintain and regularly update employee database (personal file, personal database, compensation, health and insurance, etc.) of each employee\xc2\xb7 Assist the HR Manager for the performance management process as per the PMS policy and timelines\xc2\xb7 Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and update them in consultation with the respective managers\xc2\xb7 Handle insurance-related processes such as addition, cancellation and renewal.\xc2\xb7 Make travel arrangements for executives\xc2\xb7 Assist Administration team for the proper workflow whenever required.
