Job Description

Palma Beach Resort & Spa is a luxurious beachside destination in Umm Al Quwain, known for exceptional service, serene surroundings, and a welcoming atmosphere. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented

HR Executive (female)

to join our Human Resources team and contribute to maintaining a supportive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new staff. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in compliance with labor laws and resort policies. Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking. Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events. Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and confidentiality. Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented across departments. Coordinate performance appraisals and training & development programs. Liaise with PRO for visa and labor documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR experience, preferably in the

hospitality industry

. Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
