:The HR Executive assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. The HR Executive carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: departmental development, employee relations, training and development, organization development, and employment.Responsibilities: * Communicate with Doctors, Nurses and general candidates regarding the recruitment procedures.
Preparing for performance appraisals to be given to the staff.
Maintains and processes all employee records, documents, and files.
Answers general questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
3.6 The Human Resources assistant helps with the implementation of services, policies, and programs through HR staff; reports to the HR Manager, and heads of the departments with HR issues.Qualifications: * A Bachelor\'s Degree in related field or its equivalent.
With computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment.
One to two years of general experience, Human Resources experience preferred.
With good spoken and written English communication skills. Arabic language is advantageous/desirable but not essential.
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices of the country.
