Minimum Experience: 5 years in HR from which 2-3 years min in Free zone & Labour camp experience UAE.

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

Gender : Male

Commencement : Immediate Start

Reporting structure : Director / MD


The Human Resource Executive will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering monthly payroll, employee benefits, and annual leave planning, engagement activities, HR budgets, maintain healthy office environment, resolve greviances and enforcing company policies and practices.

Role :

1. Developing and Executing Policies.

2. Recruitment Process.

3. Appraisal Systems.

4. Inductions and Trainings.

5. Employee Grievances.

6. Office Environment & Staff Health.

7. Engagement Activities & Budgets.

8. HR and Managerial roles and responsibilities.

Thorough knowledge of:

1. Human resources

2. Organizational behavior

3. Management and leadership

4. Employment-related laws and regulations

5. Proactive at maintaining HR policies

6. Good interaction with workers

7. Well versed with labour laws and HR Best practices

8. Should also be able to guide with HR related policies, those that would be suited to a manufacturing unit setup in Sharjah Free Zone

1. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.

2. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

3. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

4. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

5. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
