Job Description

Position Summary:
The HR Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR operations and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication.
Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires receive a positive and comprehensive introduction to the company.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Support the HR Manager in managing employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Performance Management:
Assist in the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely feedback and documentation.
Help with tracking performance metrics and maintaining records to support the development of employee growth plans.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads and coordinate training sessions.
Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and other training activities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Compliance and Policy Implementation:
Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and health and safety regulations.
Update and maintain HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook as needed.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, attendance, and leave data.
Prepare HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in HR or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in HR software and MS Office (especially Excel).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
