The HR Executive is responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and supporting the overall objectives of the HR department. This role requires a well-rounded knowledge of HR best practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and job offers.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, ensuring all paperwork, training, and orientation processes are completed.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and questions, addressing workplace issues and resolving conflicts.
• Conduct investigations when necessary and recommend corrective actions in compliance with company policies.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting company culture and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
• Assist in audits, maintain compliance with labor laws, and ensure that HR documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Support payroll processing by gathering and providing necessary employee data.
• Assist in the performance review process, helping managers and employees set goals, provide feedback, and ensure documentation is completed.
• Coordinate and support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate for visa processing ,medical insurance
Qualifications :
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience : 2-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Male candidates preferred

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
