Job Summary:
The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support and coordinating HR activities to ensure the smooth operation of the HR and administrative functions. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Maintain and update physical and digital office files and records.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Prepare and process HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Monitor and track employee attendance, leaves, and other HR-related metrics.
Support the performance appraisal process and training & development activities.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR support as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance administrative and HR processes.
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in HR and office administration.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager .
