Join our dynamic team as an HR Executive specializing in Recruitment. In this role, you will be integral to our talent acquisition process, collaborating closely with department managers to identify hiring needs, attract top talent, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department managers to compile comprehensive job requirements and specifications.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including databases, online job boards, and social media platforms, to attract and engage potential candidates.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates\' qualifications, skills, and fit for available positions.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to final job offer.
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies.
Provide regular updates and recruitment reports to department heads and senior management.
Support the HR team with engagement activities and provide administrative assistance as needed.
REQUIREMENTSQualifications and Experience:
Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the area of specialization, with experience in a managerial or consultancy capacity.
Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity to the local community.
Demonstrated experience in influencing diverse groups of people at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated tolerance for ambiguity in a dynamic business environment, where a flexible, adaptable, and responsive approach is critical to success.
Excellent communication, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
