We are looking for a male candidate as HR cum Office Administrator who is having UAE LMV License . Location: Sajja, Sharjah. 1. The Desired candidate should identify job vacancies and look for best recruitment approach for them by advertising vacancies through various social media and other recruiters from different countries. Conduct Interviews & close all required positions within stipulated timelines 2. Maintain adequate organizational staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assessment and performance appraisal. Maintain cordial relation between management and all the employees of the Company. 3. Maintain various HR documents like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, transfer letter, warning letter, show cause notice, experience/service certificate, relieving letter, etc 4. Ensure timely renewal of business licenses, Tenancy contracts, Municipality permits, RTA Permits, Equipment registration, renewals etc complete Medical, Visa, joining formalities and other documentations. 5. Application of Health Insurance and coordinating with the Insurance Company regarding approvals, claims & refunds 6. Research on various personnel areas like absenteeism, alcoholism, labor dissatisfaction, internal conflicts etc. and recommend apt measures to eradicate them to the senior management. Investigate & deal with Disciplinary & grievances matters of employees Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
