Manage all basic HR functions, including recruitment, administration, onboarding, internal communication, employee welfare & payroll processing.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and updates.
Lead the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Promote a positive work culture and foster employee engagement and satisfaction.
Assist in goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Help the manager in all aspects of payroll processing, including preparation, to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency within established policies and procedures.
Address employee relations issues, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in HR.
Atleast 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in Dubai and maximum 8 years of overall work experience.
Must have hands on experience in MS Excel, word and PowerPoint.
Exposure to ATS, any HR ERPs is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Russian is a must.
