**This position is for Riyadh, Saudi Arabia * Must apply only if you are ready to relocate to Saudi Arabia **Job Summary Supervise the operational activities of the HR department. Enhance systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department. Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures. Roles & Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Analyze and document business processes and problems. Enhance solutions to enhance efficiencies. \xc2\xb7 Supervise staff in accordance with Division/dept Communication Matrix and conduct limited employee performance reviews. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for staff scheduling to include work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignments, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations. \xc2\xb7 Schedule and conduct department meetings and are responsible for meeting department productivity and quality goals. \xc2\xb7 Maintain all personnel records at a high level of confidentiality and ensure the processing of all new employees, Update employee files to cope with official document requirements. \xc2\xb7 Communicate with Supervisors and managers, on Department operations and follow up latest issues of Saudi Labor Law and future amendments. \xc2\xb7 Monitor the in-processing of all new employees. \xc2\xb7 Identify the competency gap for their subordinate personnel and implement necessary actions. \xc2\xb7 Carry out annual performance evaluations of all employees. \xc2\xb7 Provide on-the-job training to new employees and evaluate their OJT Performance \xc2\xb7 Identification and control of hazards in the assigned work area \xc2\xb7 Ensure aspects identified are monitored and operational controls are followed. \xc2\xb7 Report deviations in the Integrated Management System \xc2\xb7 Reporting of emergency incidents and near misses \xc2\xb7 Effective resource utilization \xc2\xb7 Perform other duties as assigned. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for Iqama Renewals, exit/entry permit etc. Skills:Minimum Qualification: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in HR/Management Minimum Experience: Minimum 4 Years in the same position Required Skills: -Awareness of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Management system principles -Knowledge of applicable legal requirements -Hazard Risk assessment -Aspect Impact assessment -Knowledge of identification, classification, and disposal of waste -Knowledge of Emission Monitoring -Be able to lead the maintenance group. -Excellent Communication skills in the English Language -Computer literate. -Be able to use Bayzat ERP Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED1.00 per month Application Question(s):
